Terms of Service

Last updated: May 31, 2026. These terms govern your use of VerifyUGC. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Modulix Solutions LLC, doing business as VerifyUGC ("VerifyUGC", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your access to and use of our website at verifyugc.dev and its subdomains, our public and authenticated REST API, our Discord bot, our browser extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use the Service. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly permit them to create accounts.

Users aged 13 to 17. If you are between 13 and 17 years old (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf and consents to your use of the Service. We encourage parents and guardians to monitor minors' use of online platforms.

Organizational use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, community, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" includes both you individually and the entity.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account and must keep that information accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify us promptly at legal@verifyugc.dev if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent. You may link third-party platform accounts to verify your identity or enable sign-in; you represent that you own or are otherwise authorized to link any account you connect.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:

4. Content, Reports, and Your Responsibilities

Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the Service, including reports, evidence files, reviews, appeal submissions, and deal records ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content, that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party.

Evidence requirement. Blacklist entries must be supported by documentary evidence. By submitting a report, you affirm that the evidence you provide is genuine, unaltered, and fairly represents the conduct you are describing. Submitting knowingly false, fabricated, or misleadingly edited evidence is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, as well as potential legal liability.

Content license. By submitting User Content β€” including reports, evidence, reviews, appeal submissions, deal records, and any other content β€” you grant VerifyUGC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, translate, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content for any purpose, including to operate, improve, promote, or develop the Service or any related product, to produce aggregate safety statistics, and to train or improve trust and safety systems. You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the rights granted in this license. This license survives any deletion of your User Content or account to the extent VerifyUGC has already exercised rights under it, and to the extent required for backup, archival, legal defense, or regulatory compliance.

Feedback license. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant VerifyUGC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that Feedback into the Service or any other product without restriction or compensation to you. Feedback is not confidential.

5. Blacklist, Watchlist, Trust Scoring, and Appeals

Informational nature; opinion and assessment only. The VerifyUGC blacklist, watchlist, and trust-score system aggregate community-submitted signals to help communities make their own trust decisions. All listings, scores, labels, badges, and risk assessments published or computed by the Service are opinions and assessments only β€” they are not statements of fact, legal findings, judicial determinations, or professional certifications of any kind regarding any person or entity. VerifyUGC makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any listing, score, or risk signal. All data is community-sourced and may be incomplete, outdated, or erroneous. VerifyUGC expressly disclaims any representation that a listed identifier reflects criminal conduct or that any listed person poses a threat to you or any third party. Users of the Service rely on all listings, scores, and risk signals entirely at their own risk and remain solely responsible for their own independent decisions to hire, trade with, collaborate with, ban, restrict, or otherwise act with respect to any party.

Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. To the extent applicable, VerifyUGC is an interactive computer service as defined by 47 U.S.C. Β§ 230(f)(2) and is not the publisher or speaker of any User Content submitted to the Service. Blacklist entries, watchlist entries, reviews, and trust-score inputs are information provided by third-party users; VerifyUGC is not liable for them under 47 U.S.C. Β§ 230(c)(1). Nothing in these Terms limits or waives the protections available to VerifyUGC under Section 230.

Appeals process. Any individual who believes they have been incorrectly listed or scored may submit an appeal through the Service at any time. The appeals process operates as follows:

  1. Submission. Submit your appeal through the appeals portal on the Service or by emailing appeals@verifyugc.dev with your VerifyUGC identifier or linked platform identifier and a description of the basis for your appeal.
  2. Acknowledgment. We will acknowledge receipt of your appeal within 30 days of submission.
  3. Review. A member of our trust and safety team will review the appeal, the underlying evidence, and any counter-evidence you provide within 90 days of acknowledgment. Complex cases may require additional time; we will notify you if we need more time.
  4. Interim annotation. If an appeal raises a plausible dispute regarding a high-confidence blacklist entry, that entry will be annotated as "under review" in our public-facing systems for the duration of the review period.
  5. Outcome. We will notify you of the outcome of your appeal by email or through the Service. Outcomes include: (a) entry removed; (b) entry modified or reclassified; (c) entry maintained with explanation. We will provide a brief explanation for any decision to maintain a listing.
  6. Escalation. If you remain unsatisfied after a first-level review, you may request a secondary review by a senior team member by replying to your outcome notice within 14 days. The secondary review will be completed within 60 days.

No responsibility for community enforcement. VerifyUGC provides data to community server administrators who independently decide whether to act on it. We are not responsible for bans, kicks, role-changes, or other enforcement actions taken by Discord server operators or by any other third-party community, even where those actions are informed by VerifyUGC data or executed via the VerifyUGC Discord bot.

Modification and removal of listings at VerifyUGC's discretion. VerifyUGC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to add, remove, modify, reclassify, annotate, suppress, reinstate, or otherwise alter any blacklist entry, watchlist entry, trust score, verification status, badge, or any other data point on the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and with no liability to any party. The exercise or non-exercise of this discretion does not constitute any admission or concession regarding the accuracy of any listing or the conduct of any person.

6. Discord Bot

Server administrator responsibility. The VerifyUGC Discord bot is an automated tool that server administrators voluntarily add to their Discord servers. By adding and configuring the bot, the server administrator assumes full responsibility for how the bot is configured, what automated actions it takes, and the consequences of those actions for server members. VerifyUGC has no visibility into or control over any particular server's configuration choices.

Limitation of liability for automated enforcement. VerifyUGC is not liable for any bans, restrictions, kicks, or other enforcement actions taken by the bot in any Discord server, for any errors in enforcement resulting from incorrect data submitted by users, or for any harm caused by server administrators' decisions to act on VerifyUGC data. Server administrators should exercise independent judgment and not rely solely on VerifyUGC signals as the basis for punitive community actions.

Discord Terms of Service compliance. Your use of the VerifyUGC Discord bot must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. VerifyUGC may withdraw bot access if Discord requires it or if your server's use of the bot violates those terms. We are not responsible for any disruption caused by Discord's own policies, outages, or decisions regarding our bot.

OAuth scope. When you authorize the VerifyUGC bot, we receive only the Discord-granted bot permissions you approve during the OAuth flow. We do not access private messages, server member lists beyond enforcement lookups, or any data beyond what is required to operate the bot's described functions.

7. Developer API

API keys. Access to our authenticated API requires an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential and must not share it with unauthorized third parties. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your API key. If you believe your key has been compromised, you must revoke it immediately from your dashboard and generate a new one.

Use restrictions. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute bulk VerifyUGC data retrieved through the API without our prior written permission. You may not use the API to build, train, or augment a competing trust and safety dataset or platform. API access is governed by your plan's rate limits and usage quotas as documented.

Deprecation and changes. We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API endpoints with at least 30 days' advance notice published to our developer documentation or communicated to your registered API account email, except where a shorter notice period is required to address security vulnerabilities or comply with legal obligations.

No warranty on data. API responses reflect data as submitted by users at the time of query. We make no warranty that the data is accurate, current, or complete. Consumers of API data bear responsibility for their own decisions made in reliance on it.

8. Paid Plans, Billing, and Refunds

Stripe as payment processor. All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (available at stripe.com/legal) in addition to these Terms. Card data is entered directly with Stripe and never transmitted to our servers. We store only a Stripe customer identifier, subscription reference, and your plan status.

Subscription billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain access to paid features through the end of that period.

Refunds. Except as required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable. We do not prorate refunds for mid-period cancellations.

EU/EEA 14-day cooling-off period. If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. However, by subscribing to a paid plan and receiving immediate access to the Service's paid features, you expressly request that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has fully begun. Withdrawal requests before any performance begins should be directed to billing@verifyugc.dev.

Price changes. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before any price increase takes effect, communicated via email to your registered account address or by an in-Service notice. Price changes apply to the billing period that begins after the notice period expires. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Billing disputes. If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us at billing@verifyugc.dev before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, value-added, goods and services, and similar taxes.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Trademarks

VerifyUGC is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation, Epic Games, Inc., Discord, Inc., Microsoft Corporation (Minecraft), Google LLC, GitHub, Inc., Twitch Interactive, Inc., X Corp. (Twitter/X), or any other platform referenced on the Service. All product names, logos, brand marks, and trademarks referenced on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify those platforms. Reference to any platform does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

Your use of any third-party platform β€” including creating or linking accounts on those platforms β€” is governed solely by that platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and privacy policies. You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms in connection with your use of the Service.

10. DMCA and Copyright

VerifyUGC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Β§ 512), we have designated an agent to receive notices of claimed copyright infringement.

Designated DMCA agent:
Email: dmca@verifyugc.dev
Mailing address: Modulix Solutions LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 419 Rocky Ln, Keyser, WV 26726

Requirements for a valid takedown notice. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(c)(3), a written notification of claimed infringement must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works on the Service are covered, a representative list;
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate that material on the Service (such as a URL);
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Notices that do not include all required elements may be rejected. Knowingly submitting a materially false takedown notice may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f).

Counter-notification. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent including: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the removed material and its former location; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside, or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which VerifyUGC may be found. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will follow the procedures required by 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(g).

Repeat-infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances, VerifyUGC will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality β€” including but not limited to software, design systems, UI elements, algorithms, text, graphics, and underlying data structures (excluding User Content and third-party marks) β€” are owned by VerifyUGC and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the content license granted in Section 4.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY BLACKLIST ENTRY, WATCHLIST ENTRY, TRUST SCORE, VERIFICATION STATUS, OR ANY OTHER RISK SIGNAL GENERATED OR DISPLAYED BY THE SERVICE. RISK SIGNALS ARE COMMUNITY-SOURCED INFORMATION AND MAY BE INCOMPLETE, OUTDATED, OR ERRONEOUS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on statutory rights of a consumer; in those jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERIFYUGC AND ITS OPERATORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE), EVEN IF VERIFYUGC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERIFYUGC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO VERIFYUGC IN THE THREE-MONTH PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerifyUGC, Modulix Solutions LLC, and their respective operators, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and litigation costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your User Content, including any report, evidence, review, deal record, or appeal submission; (b) your use of or access to the Service, including through the API or Discord bot; (c) your violation or alleged violation of these Terms; (d) your violation or alleged violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or consumer protection laws; (e) automated enforcement actions taken by any Discord server administrator or other third party in reliance on VerifyUGC data; (f) any misrepresentation you make in connection with the Service; or (g) any dispute between you and any other user or third party arising from your use of the Service. VerifyUGC reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification, at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with VerifyUGC's defense of any such claim and not to settle any indemnified claim without VerifyUGC's prior written consent.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@verifyugc.dev and provide a written description of the dispute, the relief you seek, and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed as provided below.

Binding arbitration. Subject to the exceptions below, you and VerifyUGC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (available at adr.org). The arbitration will be conducted in English. The arbitrator's award will be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. YOU AND VERIFYUGC EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable in any case where class-wide relief is sought, that claim must be litigated in court (not arbitration) and the remainder of the arbitration agreement remains in effect.

Fees; fee-shifting for frivolous claims. The AAA's filing fees are governed by the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. If the arbitrator determines that any claim, defense, or request for relief you brought was frivolous, brought in bad faith, or brought for an improper purpose (within the meaning of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b)), the arbitrator shall award VerifyUGC its reasonable attorneys' fees, arbitration costs, and expenses incurred in connection with the entire arbitration proceeding. Nothing in this section limits the arbitrator's independent authority to award costs and fees under applicable law.

Opt-out right. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@verifyugc.dev within 14 days of first creating your account or, for existing users, within 14 days of the date these Terms are updated to include this arbitration clause. Your opt-out notice must include your name and email address associated with your account. Opting out will not affect any other terms.

Small claims exception. Either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction in lieu of arbitration, so long as the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.

Non-US users. If you are located outside the United States, the arbitration clause and class action waiver in this Section may not apply to you to the extent that local law requires disputes to be resolved through local courts or other mandatory mechanisms. In that case, disputes will be resolved in the courts specified in Section 17, subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law.

16. Termination

Your right to terminate. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at legal@verifyugc.dev. Account deletion is subject to the data retention provisions in our Privacy Policy.

Our right to terminate. VerifyUGC reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to all or any part of the Service, modify or remove any listing, score, badge, verification status, or feature associated with your account, or take any other remedial or protective action, at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and with no liability to you whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, we may exercise these rights if we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have violated these Terms, if required to do so by applicable law or by a platform such as Discord, or if we determine it is necessary or advisable to protect the safety, integrity, reputation, or operation of the Service, our users, or our business. VerifyUGC has no obligation to provide notice prior to suspension or termination and no obligation to provide an opportunity to cure.

Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may retain User Content as required by these Terms (including Section 5 safety-related retention) or our Privacy Policy. Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refund except as expressly provided in Section 8.

Survival. The following sections survive any termination or expiration of these Terms: Section 4 (Content license and Feedback license), Section 5 (Section 230 disclaimer and informational nature disclaimer), Section 10 (DMCA), Section 11 (Intellectual property), Section 12 (Disclaimers), Section 13 (Limitation of liability), Section 14 (Indemnification), Section 15 (Dispute resolution), and Section 17 (General provisions).

17. General Provisions

Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to Section 15 (arbitration), you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in West Virginia for any claim or dispute arising out of these Terms, and you waive any objection to that jurisdiction or venue. If you are a consumer located in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those laws.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it will be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future. No waiver is effective unless in writing signed by an authorized representative of VerifyUGC.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms presented to you for specific features (such as paid-plan terms or API documentation), constitute the entire agreement between you and VerifyUGC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

Force majeure. VerifyUGC will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, governmental actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, or actions of third-party platforms on which the Service depends.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided we give you notice and you have the right to close your account if you do not agree to the assignment.

Relationship of the parties. These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and VerifyUGC.

Notices. Notices to you may be made via the email address on file with your account or by posting to the Service. Notices to us must be sent to legal@verifyugc.dev or, for legal process, to the mailing address on file with the applicable jurisdiction's registered agent.

18. Changes and Notice

We may update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion to reflect changes in applicable law, our services, or our business practices. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may, but are not required to, provide advance notice of changes. Where we choose to provide notice of changes, we may do so by email to your registered address, by a notice posted on the Service, or by any other means we deem appropriate. Non-material changes (including corrections, clarifications, reorganizations, or changes required by applicable law) take effect immediately upon posting without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Service following any update to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms, whether or not you received notice of the change. If you do not agree to any revision, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using the Service and delete your account.
